Comments: Kerry and his helper came out to look at a possible leak in a upstairs bathtub faucet/drain. He was in the bedroom on the opposite side of the faucet checking out connections with the water running and could find no leak. When his helper aimed the water at the wall where the faucet was attached, a considerable amount of water came through. Kerry noticed that he could see light around the fixture where water could come through. They sealed around the faucet and spout and have had no more leakage. It was all handled in a 10/15 minute time frame. Don't know how I got by for 50 years without experiencing this problem as it has always been that way. The two of them were quite polite and wore shoe covers to protect the floors. He will definitely be the first one I call for any plumbing help in the future.

Comments: I bought a new house and Atmos Energy came out to turn the gas on. When the guy went to turn on the water heater, the tank shook the house and he turned of the gas to the water heater. He would not do anything else until the water heater was serviced. I called Kerry Lewis and he Lewis arrived promptly with his assistant. He look at thee water heater and noticed a bunch of pipes and connections were loose or just badly connected. He tightened those up and the water heater functioned properly. He took a look around at the entire gas system and did some minor repairs to ensure I didn't have any issues in the future. When it was all said and done, he only charged me the service fee and did not try to push product on me. Suffice to say, Kerry Lewis does honest work.

Upon inspection he found a simple issue causing the problem. He explained what the issue was, and then fixed in minutes. And because of the minimal effort and time required on his part, he was not going to charge us.
